The continuous improvement process is the driver behind a district/campus needs assessment and improvement plan. While the morning session will revolve around building an understanding of the statutory obligations of the CNA and CIP, the afternoon portion will be a working session designed to help districts identify root causes and prioritize needs toward student success. Additionally the role of evaluation will also be considered.
It is recommended to have LEAs and/or campuses attend with teams.
Participants should bring a variety of data sources (student scores, teacher/community surveys, PEIMS data, etc.) and existing CNAs and CIPs.
This session will be held in person at the ESC-20 Fred Maples Conference Center, located at 1314 Hines, San Antonio, 78208.
