The continuous improvement process is the driver behind a district/campus needs assessment and improvement plan. While the morning session will revolve around building an understanding of the statutory obligations of the CNA and CIP, the afternoon portion will be a working session designed to help districts identify root causes and prioritize needs toward student success.
It is recommended to have LEAs and/or campuses attend with teams.
Participants should bring a variety of data sources (student scores, teacher/community surveys, PEIMS data, etc.) and existing CNAs and CIPs.
This session will be held in person at the ESC-20 Fred Maples Conference Center, located at 1314 Hines, San Antonio, 78208.
