Virtual: HB 548 (SELA) Language Acquisition for Deaf or Hard of Hearing Children Ages 0-8



ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to programs serving students who are deaf or hard of hearing, including assisting programs meet the unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing across the continuum of placement options.
 


Important Session Information:


In this session, we will discuss information on HB 548 Language Acquisition for Deaf or Hard of Hearing Children Ages 0-8, the purpose of which is to generate and monitor data on the language acquisition of children eight years of age and younger who are deaf or hard of hearing or deafblind. The types of data that will be gathered and reported in TSDS as well as data collection periods and annual reporting requirements will be included in the discussion.
