ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to programs serving students who are deaf or hard of hearing, including assisting programs meet the unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing across the continuum of placement options.

Important Session Information:


The disability condition requirements for a student who is deaf or hard of hearing (DHH) include an audiological evaluation report and a communication assessment report. These reports contain important information that becomes a part of the consideration of a DHH eligibility for a student. In this session, participants will be able to recognize, identify, and analyze the various components of the two reports as well as discuss possible implications of report findings.
