The Foundation High School Program became the default graduation program for all students entering ninth grade starting from the 2014-2015 school year, encompassing the attainment of an endorsement and distinguished level of achievement. However, the HB 165 bill, passed in the 86th Legislative Session, permits students with significant disabilities to earn an endorsement through a modified curriculum.
