ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.

This class aims to teach operations of the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program the basic meal patter knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to run effective and compliant programs including the lunch and breakfast meal patterns.
