"Struggle is hard, productive struggle is power!"

The phrase "productive struggle" has become a hot topic phrase in education. Many leaders praise how it can be leveraged in math classrooms for multiple benefits including improving student achievement, improvement in the culture and climate of the school as well as a giving students a more worldly view on challenges they will face later in life.

But does is there enough time spend showing actionable steps, activities and tools to implement productive struggle?

In this session, we will dig into a 6 step action plan designed to support and create a game plan for teachers to bring productive math struggle back to the classroom.
