This engaging and dynamic workshop is designed specifically for Adapted Physical Education (APE) and general education Physical Education (PE) teachers. The activities covered in this workshop are suitable for students of all ages and abilities, ensuring an inclusive experience for everyone.
Throughout the workshop, participants will be provided with modeling, examples, and opportunities for discussion on how to modify equipment, rules, and games to accommodate students at any ability level. The focus will be on empowering teachers to promote success and participation for all students in their PE classes.
Additionally, participants will have the chance to actively engage in various activities and games during the workshop. These experiences will equip teachers with a wide range of ideas and resources to implement in their own gyms and classrooms, ensuring that APE truly means "Awesome Physical Education" for all students.
