2024-2025 Self-Assessment Requirements:
- The Special Education Self-Assessment will open in ASCEND Tuesday, April 29th and close Friday, September 26th.
The Special Education Self-Assessment is required annually for all districts and charters. This session will share resources and tools to help you be more proactive in working with your team to gather evidence needed to help wholistically rate your district or charter in the special education indicators. Spreadsheets, PD requirements and planning documents, stakeholder surveys and other tips and resources will be shared. The session will also address considerations on how to prioritize the indicators and connect them with other continuous improvement areas so you are working smarter, not harder.
Upon registration completion you will receive an email confirmation that will contain the ZOOM link to join this session. An email reminder will also be sent 1-2 days prior to the scheduled training.
