ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of the Child and Adult Care Food Programs

This class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic Meal Production Record (MPR) skills including how to fill out related forms, how to use meal documentation to support the MPR and how to use MPR to improve forecasting, communication, organization and to demonstrate compliance.
