The Food & Nutrition Support Services (FNSS) department is committed to helping schools with resources and solutions that lead to healthy, nutritious and delicious meals. The goal is to provide a comprehensive approach to health and nutrition, while improving the quality of school meals.

The purpose of this course is to teach School Nutrition staff ways to better advocate for their programs through customer service, minimizing food waste and community engagement.
