Meaningful Math!

Making Math Meaningful for Students with Complex Access Needs!

In this session, participants will learn how to differentiate math instruction effectively, connecting it to grade-level state standards, while also supporting students with complex access needs through prerequisite skills.

In this hands-on, interactive session, we’ll dig into these essential math elements:

  • Numbers and Operations
  • Algebraic Reasoning
  • Geometry and Measurement
  • Data Analysis
  • Personal Finance
  • Plus Putting It All Together

Here’s the exciting part: this isn’t a sit-and-listen kind of session. You’ll get hands-on with playing cards and build a set of 15 ready-to-use math games and activities. Each one aligns with critical skills and standards, so you’ll leave with engaging tools that you can use the very next day.

But wait… there’s more! Differentiation is a big part of what we do here. Together, we’ll brainstorm, problem-solve, and share strategies that work for every student in your classroom.

Walk away feeling excited and equipped to create a math environment where every student is learning. Join us for a session that’s practical, engaging, and designed to make math truly meaningful.
