This Apple Device Support Workshop is meant to build in-house Apple capacity and expertise among the district and campus technicians. You'll find technicians and other IT employees who attend, who will become more familiar with how to troubleshoot iPad and Mac devices and better understand how to support the Apple ecosystem. An added benefit is that the workshop helps the attendees prepare for the Apple Device Support certification exam if they choose to take it. This workshop does not cover the training materials comprehensively but highlights the most relevant content for day-to-day support from a technician's perspective.
