Important Session Information:


Part 2 in the research skills series, come explore how to find credible sources, evaluate them, as well as synthesize them into writing. 

This course will include:

  • Differentiating between primary and secondary sources

  • Exploring an introduction to academic databases, library resources, and reputable online sources

  • Differentiating between plagiarism and paraphrasing when using source materials 

  • Teaching students to synthesize information from multiple sources

  • Examining sources for reliability, credibility, and bias
