ESC-20 provides professional development and technical assistance to support educators with implementation of the Social Studies TEKS, analyze data to enhance instructional practices to meet the needs of students, and provides targeted support to reach campus and district goals.

Our Social Studies Leadership Network Meetings
are designed to help keep Social Studies Directors, Coordinators, and Specialists updated, and provide a venue to network and have critical conversations. These meetings provide updates from the Texas Education Agency, Texas Social Studies Supervisors Association, the Texas Council for Social Studies, and upcoming trainings and events. These meetings are open to all 89 school districts in our region. Join us!
