The College and Career Readiness program supports a campus leadership team in creating or enriching the College and Career Readiness culture of a campus. College and Career Readiness cooperative members become a part of the CCR collaborative community that cooperates to prepare world-ready students. The College and Career Readiness program provides a framework for reflection, professional growth opportunities, and technical assistance to prioritize and strengthen the college and career readiness culture on a campus.
College Preparatory Partnership members will engage in strategic planning for the College Prep ELAR and College Prep Math course partnership with Alamo Colleges, TAMUSA, and UTSA. During these Operational Contact Meetings, campus and district leaders will collaborate and discuss updates to the MOU, the course, and its requirements.
