This session is FREE to members of the Special Education Cooperative.
We encourage LEAs to attend this session as a team that includes the following roles:
- Special Education Supervisors
- Transition Coordinators
- Campus Administrators overseeing academics
- School Counselors
- PEIMS Staff
This session will cover key laws, rules, and administrative codes that apply to all Texas public school students. Topics include:
- Foundation High School Program
- Endorsements
- Graduation requirements for students receiving special education services
- Personal Graduation Plans (PGPs)
- End-of-Course (EOC) Assessments
- Individual Graduation Committees (IGCs)
- Graduation codes and transcript documentation
- College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR)
- Texas First Early High School Graduation Program
