Important Session Information:

During this session, parents will be introduced and discuss parental resilience. Parenting is being strong and flexible. As parents, to deal with the stressors of life, we need to be strong, flexible, and we need to be able to bounce back when adversity hits. When we as parents are psychologically and emotionally healthy, we are better able to consider long-term solutions instead of just reacting to every situation as it comes up. This session is presented by community partner University Health.

Please note: Parent Cafés will be held on 8/27, 9/24, 10/29, 11/12 and 12/10.

*This session is only offered in person.
