Important Session Information:


Whoever is doing the talking, reading, writing, thinking, and speaking is doing the learning. Come learn how to shift the workload onto the students. Learn how to amplify the students' voices in your classrooms, while the teacher is the coach and facilitator. 

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the benefits of oral discourse in developing critical thinking and communication skills.
  2. Implement strategies to encourage student-led discussions.
  3. Utilize questioning techniques to promote deeper conversations.
  4. Assess and support students' participation in discussions.
