Want to strengthen your students' ability to make inferences and support their conclusions with text-based evidence, both orally and in writing? Come explore strategies for teaching students how to read between the lines, draw conclusions from texts, and articulate their understanding clearly. Participants will learn how to guide students in using textual evidence to support their inferences, and those of their peers, in both verbal and written responses.
