Early Childhood Leadership Network Meeting 4 of 4



Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) provides assistance to districts in the successful development and implementation of a school readiness integration model of coordinated funding that brings school districts, Head Start programs and child care providers together in a mixed delivery model.  ESC-20 also provides leadership to ensure the effective regional implementation of appropriate instructional strategies in early childhood settings through technical assistance and professional development in the areas of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum and supports parents with Pre-Kindergarten information and eligibility criteria.

The Early Childhood Leadership Network Meeting is a quarterly event held throughout the school year, providing attendees with the chance to stay informed about TEA updates, HQPK Requirements, Assessment Tools, and Early Childhood information. Participants also gain insights into upcoming professional development opportunities. Additionally, the meetings offer valuable networking opportunities, allowing attendees to connect with other LEAs in their region, fostering collaboration and sharing of best practices.
