Location: Region 20 in San Antonio
Who: District and Campus Administrators

Description:

District and School Administrators join the Eduphoria team as we cover topics on Aware and Strive.

Strive Overview: As administrators leverage Strive for teacher and student growth, it is important to understand practices that allow staff to engage in the evaluation process successfully.

Participants will learn about tools to conduct powerful coaching conversations and guide teachers in setting ambitious goals to foster a culture of excellence. We will also review components of a foundational system setup that impact collected data within the context of time, need for calibration, trend analysis, and correlation to student growth. This will lead to a deeper understanding of identifying best instructional practices and areas of growth.

Aware Overview: Data analysis in Aware isn’t only about assessing students; it’s also about the ability to bring in a variety of data sets from state tests to custom data imports.

Administrators will review deep data analysis features like creating Custom Data Imports and monitoring student growth. Participants will also learn how Aware Premium features can provide enhanced ways of combining and separating data into a variety of views for all users.

This two-day academy is a good match for administrators deeply engaged in the evaluation process, assessment program, or data-rich practices that inform measurements for school or district success. TIA committee members are encouraged to attend. If you have any questions or need to request a specific accommodations, please email Abigail Sanchez at abigail.sanchez@esc20.net.
