VIRTUAL - ASCENDER 1099 Processing (2025)



Information Systems Support provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings. 



Important Session Information:


This session will take place virtually. If you would like to attend in person, please register for session # 112187.

This session is designed specifially for the staff members that will be responsible for preparing the 1099 MISC & NEC forms.

We will demonstrate the processes for verifying and validating your end of year data. The 1099 table will be reviewed to make sure the table reflects the correct codes for the 1099 MISC & 1099 NEC forms.

We will show how to create the extract file to upload to the IRS.

This session is a review of the process and is not intended to be a hands-on session.
