Important Session Information:


Goals for Session:
  • Provide practical tools and strategies for planning RLA lessons utilizing the Instructional Focus Document (IFD) as well as other components found in TEKS Resource System (TRS).
  • Backwards planning for the Performance Assessments (PA) to determine students’ knowledge and skills needed for mastery.

 

Participants will:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the components of the TEKS Resource System (TRS) found in TCMPC.
  • Work collaboratively to develop sample lesson plans, explore resources, and discuss best practices for implementation.
Intended Audience:
  • Instructional coaches,  leads, and grade-level teachers.
