Information Systems Support provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings.

Join us virtually (hybrid) for a comprehensive workshop focused on the scheduling features within the ASCENDER system for the 2025-2026 academic year. This session will guide you through the essential steps and methods for effective scheduling, ensuring your school's academic planning is seamless and efficient.

What You'll Learn:
Preliminary Requirements: Understand the initial steps, including updating district and campus options, deleting last year's course-sections, and creating current year courses.
Student Transfers: Learn how to transfer students to the next year's campus for scheduling purposes.

Scheduling Methods: Explore different scheduling methods such as Manual, Automated, and Combination, and determine which best suits your school's needs.

This workshop is designed specifically for ASCENDER LEA personnel responsible for scheduling.
