The Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC) is a statewide cooperative of 19 Texas Education Service Centers (ESCs).  The TCC has been providing high quality, compliant, comprehensive business and student software and support to Texas LEAs for over 50 years.  The TCC product, ASCENDER, is used by more than 800 LEAs in Texas to empower LEAs to make informed decisions and engage stakeholders through powerful tools and applications.  The TCC operates only in Texas, serving Texas schools through Regional Education Service Centers.

Wiki Resources for Consultants

  • Overview of the Wiki Resources

Personnel: New Employee Setup

  • Walking through the process of setting up a new employee in ASCENDER; the tasks to create a new employee record are done in both Personnel and Payroll.

Asset Management

  • Guide through the processes of setting up and managing asset records and performing end-of-year procedures for Asset Management

EmployeePortal: Work Journal

  • Learn to create and submit timesheet entries for time (hours) worked on a specific day.

This session will be facilitated via zoom and require participants to have the following:

  1. Your own laptop
  2. An adequate internet connection
  3. Test environment for practice during the session
