Virtual: School Safety and the Role of Parents



ESC-20 provides regional leadership, technical assistance, and staff development to clients in the area of family engagement. ESC-20 also provides resources and training opportunities for parents and families of students served within federal programs, including, but not limited to, Title I, Title III, Special Education, and Head Start.

Join us for an informative session focused on the importance of school safety and the role parents play during emergencies. This session will provide a general overview of school safety procedures, how schools prepare for crisis situations, and how parents can stay informed and involved. Our goal is to help parents feel more comfortable and confident in their understanding of school safety and how they can support their children and the school community.
