Virtual: Promoting Mental Wellness and Resiliency



ESC-20 provides regional leadership, technical assistance, and staff development to clients in the area of family engagement. ESC-20 also provides resources and training opportunities for parents and families of students served within federal programs, including, but not limited to, Title I, Title III, Special Education, and Head Start.

Join us for a session that will empower you with practical strategies to promote mental wellness and build resiliency in your child. Participants will learn about how our brains develop self-regulation and emotional control. We will explore ways to support our children during moments of strong emotions, so they develop coping skills, flexibility, and inner strength.
