ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance to district transition contacts and vocational adjustment coordinators in the development and implementation of effective transition services and inter-agency collaboration.

  • Annual Individual Education Program (IEP) goals and post-secondary goals
  • Present levels of academic achievement and functional performance (PLAAFPs)

  • Summary of Performance
  • Agency Linkages

New Transition and Employment Services Designees (TEDs) and teachers engaged in the transition process are encouraged to attend.

This session is FREE to members of the Special Education Cooperative.
