Are you new to the federal programs world? Your team at ESC-20 will be offering a New Federal Programs Director Academy in 2025-2026. We will provide 6 half-day (1/2) sessions throughout the year and share with you the various "systems" you need to consider when operating federal programs. These sessions will be offered hybrid.
- Participants will learn about the critical systems necessary for effective federal grant management, with a focus on developing procedures and protocols to enhance administrative operations.
- Gain foundational knowledge required to confidently manage and oversee federal grants within organizations.
- Systems discussed during the academy are: budgeting, procurement, inventory, internal controls, communication, record keeping, audits, monitoring for compliance, and more.
