Behavior intervention plans (BIPs) are means for parents, teachers, and other educators to work collaboratively to support and instruct a student behaviorally. Function-based behavior intervention plans should be developed as a result of information gathered through a Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA). This session will explore the necessary skills for the FBA process and writing the resulting individualized behavior intervention plan. This session addresses restorative discipline and building positive classroom culture.
