For every action, there is a reaction.  Behaviors may come up that you've never seen before in the person standing or sitting in front of you.  According to Dr. Geoff Colvin, when a person experiences a behavior, there is a BEGINNING, MIDDLE and END to what he calls the "cycle" of emotions that we all go through.  In this session, we will identify different parts of the cycle and examine effective de-escalation strategies for each part.
