Under 7 CFR 225.7 (a) and 7 CFR 225.15 (d)(1) all NEW and RETURNING Contracting Entities (CEs) applying to operate the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) for 2025-2026 are required to complete annual regulatory SFSP training. The SFSP application will not be considered complete until the training requirement is fulfilled. This training is one option of the mandatory SFSP program administration and operations training for, at a minimum, the sponsor's supervisory personnel responsible for the food service.
