This training outlines the accountability requirements for Title III, Part A-funded local educational agencies (LEAs) in providing services for immigrant children and youth. LEAs experiencing an unexpected increase in the number or percentage of immigrant students must be prepared to offer activities that enhance instructional opportunities and ensure state academic standards are met.
