This face-to-face training is divided into two sessions:
Morning Session – RDA Overview (9am to 11am): Participants will review the RDA report, learn about Program Determination Levels, and understand how they influence monitoring activities.
Afternoon Session – Guided Work Session (12pm to 3pm): Participants will receive hands-on support in drafting or refining their RDA Strategic Support Plan. Please have your unmasked RDA report and any current SSP notes or templates ready.
