This professional development session is designed to equip new RDSPD supervisors with the foundational knowledge, leadership strategies, and collaborative tools necessary to effectively oversee educational programs for students who are deaf or hard of hearing (DHH). The definition of "new" RDSPD supervisors is those who have held the role for 3 years or fewer.
