School Nutrition Program (NSLP/SBP)
Procurement of Food Service Vendor Contracts
ESC-20, Food and Nutrition Services provide training and technical assistance to local contracting entities in the operation and administration of Child Nutrition.
Important Session Information:
Participants will develop a 4-step action plan to implement at their School Food Authority or organization to conduct self-checks of current or future formal contracts for consolations, vended meal services, and food service management companies. Participants will learn about the documentation requirements needed to provide during a Procurement Review when procuring a food service contractor or vendor, as well as top-findings.
