The TXEL Portal is a foundational source of information and guidance for educators serving emergent bilingual and immigrant students as well as their parents and families.

This session focuses specifically on guidance and resources regarding Program Implementation:
Learn how to navigate and dissect the Content-Based Language Instruction (CBLI) site to prepare for professional development for teachers.
Understand how to use the Dual Language and ESL Frameworks (Success Criteria, Rubrics, Checklists, and Scoring Tool
And explore the new Exceptions and Waivers site with accompanying resources.
