Join district leaders, campus administrators, and education partners for three days of learning, collaboration, and innovation. The TIA Annual Conference is an opportunity for TIA-districts to explore strategies that drive teacher retention, elevate instructional quality, and maximize the impact of the Teacher Incentive Allotment.

Session Description:
The TIA Conference provides support to districts looking to develop,
implement, and improve local designation systems and strategic
compensation systems. The conference will provide live sessions
that directly support districts with best practices in implementing
local designation systems and have clear action items for districts to
grow their systems to include more teachers available for TIA
designations and implementation processes to increase their teacher
retention goals. This event is only available to campus and school leaders who are TIA-funded local education agencies (LEAs) in Texas. 

Registering for this session means that you will be attending the 2026 TIA Conference in San Antonio, Texas at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center on June 10-12 , 2026  

Registration includes the following: 

Networking Social on June 10, 2026 from 5pm - 7pm 
General sessions and Keynote Speaker
100 breakout sessions and Specialized HUBs Academies 
In-person networking opportunities
Meals included
*Hotel and travel NOT included

Early Bird price for this event is $400, price after April 28th increases to $550.
