Virtual Esperanza Training Spring 2026



ESC-20 provides training and technical assistance for professionals serving student with dyslexia. Students with dyslexia usually experience difficulties with other language skills such as spelling, writing, and pronouncing words.

Important Session Information:


Training will be held virtually and will be presented by Valley Speech. 

Esperanza is a multisensory, structured, systematic program for the teaching of reading, writing and spelling to students who struggle with Spanish literacy and language skills. This is a two-day training to help Bilingual teachers and/or Dyslexia teachers understand the intervention process. Participants will be able to participate in hands-on activities, which will help them implement the Esperanza program.

Participants must have available the Esperanza 8th edition Program Kit for training.  

  • We are able to provide Esperanza training kits for attendees in this session, as needed. 

This session is free to Special Education Cooperative members.
