Whether you are launching a summer camp or an afterschool initiative, this session provides a supportive, "no experience required" environment for you to learn alongside Blythe, the founder of Girl with Grit. You will get comfortable with basic tool safety and the Engineering Design Process through approachable, step-by-step guidance. This full-day workshop offers clarity on how to implement the one-week camp curriculum, providing you with a deep dive into each of the daily activities. It is your chance to ask questions and troubleshoot your specific site needs in a relaxed, collaborative setting. We will make sure you leave with the know-how to help your students create a community build that proves they can solve real-world problems.
