Effective PLCs for RLA HQIM



The English Language Arts team provides high quality services to teachers, administrators and instructional leaders alike. We are dedicated to providing clients with customized professional development and technical assistance that supports student achievement in reading and writing.
 


Important Session Information:


Join us for collaborative session designed specifically for instructional leaders and coaches who support RLA implementation using high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). Together we will explore how to lead PLCs that keep the focus on student learning while building teacher clarity and confidence. Participants will engage in the essential practices of lesson and unit internalization, learning how to guide teams in deeply understanding the intent of the curriculum, anticipating student thinking, and aligning on key instructional moves. 

We will also focus on how to facilitate meaningful student work analysis conversations that lead to actionable next steps and stronger instruction across classrooms. Leaders and coaches will leave with practical protocols, facilitation moves, and structures that make PLC time purposeful, efficient, and impactful ensuring that collaboration consistently drives high-quality implementation and improved outcomes for students.
