Important Session Information:

Grammar doesn't have to be abstract or intimidating. In Multisensory Grammar, we take the "invisible" rules of language and make them physical. This 3.5-hour intensive workshop focuses on turning parts of speech into concrete tools that students can manipulate to build, expand, and refine their writing.

Participants will explore strategies to increase sentence complexity and learn how to use grammar as a functional tool for paragraph revision. While the curriculum is tailored to elementary TEKS, the multisensory techniques are highly effective for Special Education and Interventionists working with students of any age who struggle with the structural "bones" of writing.

Cost includes materials. Free for Special Education Cooperative members.
