Rooted and Ready: Collaboration and Communication with your Teaching Partner



Education Service Center, Region 20 (ESC-20) provides assistance to districts in the successful development and implementation of a school readiness integration model of coordinated funding that brings school districts, Head Start programs and child care providers together in a mixed delivery model.  ESC-20 also provides leadership to ensure the effective regional implementation of appropriate instructional strategies in early childhood settings through technical assistance and professional development in the areas of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum and supports parents with Pre-Kindergarten information and eligibility criteria.

Join us for a transformative three-day professional development retreat designed to cultivate the essential foundations for a successful school year. This summit focuses on three core pillars: Care of Self, Care of Environment, and Care of Others. This session will focus on Care of Others: Strengthen your professional partnerships by engaging in readings and activities to foster alignment in classroom routines and systems, develop clear expectations and boundaries, and engage in respectful communication within your teaching team.  Return to your classroom feeling grounded, organized, and ready to grow.
