Important Session Information:

Does your child shut down when things get hard? Struggle to stay on task, manage big emotions, or work through problems without giving up? These challenges are rooted in a set of brain skills called executive function — and the great news is, parents are one of the most powerful forces in developing them. In this interactive 60-minute workshop you'll discover what's really happening in your child's brain when they lose focus or fall apart — and walk away with practical, research-backed strategies you can start using at home that same day. Whether your child is in kindergarten or high school, the science applies — and so do the tools. You'll leave knowing how to build focus, self-control, and problem-solving skills in everyday moments — without power struggles or lectures--in turn, raising a confident learner!
