2026-2027 ASCENDER Student: TSDS PEIMS Fall Submission - Data & Reports 

This workshop provides an overview of the ASCENDER Student pages, fields, and reports used to prepare and report data for the TSDS PEIMS Fall Submission (Submission 1).

The Fall Submission represents the state of the LEA as of the PEIMS snapshot date—the last Friday in October—capturing all students served and staff employed on that date, as well as current school-year budget data reported by ESCs and LEAs.

Participants will learn where to enter required data within the system and review key reports used to verify data accuracy and ensure a complete and compliant submission for all LEAs.

Target Audience: PEIMS Coordinators, and district and campus staff responsible for entering, managing, and verifying PEIMS Fall Submission data within ASCENDER Student applications, including counselors, registrars, data clerks, and campus or district administrators. While the focus of this workshop is on Student applications, business office staff are also welcome to attend.
