Information Systems Support provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings.

(Virtual) 2026–2027 ASCENDER Student: TSDS All Core Submissions Data & Reports - ECDS-KG, SPPI-14, & Class Roster Winter

This workshop provides an overview of the ASCENDER Student applications, pages, and fields used to prepare data for all TSDS Core Collection submissions, including ECDS-KG, SPPI-14, and Class Roster Winter (CRW).

Participants will learn where to enter required data within the system and review key data elements associated with each collection. Emphasis will be placed on navigating relevant pages and fields, as well as running and validating reports to ensure data accuracy and readiness for submission.

Target Audience: PEIMS Coordinators, and district and campus staff responsible for entering, managing, and verifying TSDS Core Collection data, including counselors, registrars, data clerks, special education staff and administrators.
