(Virtual) 2026–2027 ASCENDER Student: TSDS PEIMS Extended Year Submission – Data & Reports
This workshop provides an overview of the ASCENDER Student pages, fields, and reports used to prepare and report data for the TSDS PEIMS Extended Year Submission (Submission 4).
The Extended Year Submission includes data for leavers and graduates, as well as participation in specific programs such as Extended School Year (ESY) services, Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) credit/promotion recovery, Bilingual/ESL Summer School, and Additional Days School Year (ADSY). It also covers course completions between school years, including CTE, dual credit, and college preparatory courses.
Participants will learn where to enter required data within the system and review key reports used to verify accuracy and ensure a complete and compliant submission.
Target Audience: PEIMS Coordinators, and district and campus staff responsible for entering, managing, and verifying PEIMS Extended Year Submission data within ASCENDER Student applications, including counselors, registrars, data clerks, and campus or district administrators.
