Information Systems Support provides administrative software and services and TSDS technical and support services  to Local Education Agencies (LEAs).  ASCENDER business and student software, hosting and disaster recovery services, training and site visits, and Texas Student Data Systems (TSDS) technical and support services for PEIMS, Early Childhood Data Systems (ECDS) and other TSDS collections are all part of the product offerings.

(Virtual) 2026–2027 ASCENDER Student: TSDS PEIMS Summer Submission – Data & Reports

This workshop provides an overview of the ASCENDER Student pages, fields, and reports used to prepare and report data for the TSDS PEIMS Summer Submission (Submission 3). The Summer Submission includes yearlong student attendance, high school course completion and credits, disciplinary actions, restraint events, and leaver and graduate data.

Participants will learn where to enter required data within the system and review key reports used to verify accuracy and ensure a complete and compliant submission for all LEAs.

Target Audience: PEIMS Coordinators, and district and campus staff responsible for entering, managing, and verifying PEIMS Summer Submission data within ASCENDER Student applications, including counselors, registrars, data clerks, attendance clerks, and campus or district administrators. While the focus of this workshop is on Student applications, business office staff are also welcome to attend.
