(Virtual) 2026-2027 ASCENDER Student: TSDS Core Submissions Data & Reports - ECDS-PK, SELA, RFT, and New Collections SPEDS Video Camera Request, SPEDS Summer & Teacher Vacancy
This workshop provides an overview of the ASCENDER Student applications, pages, and fields used to prepare data for all TSDS Core Collection submissions, including CSW, RFT, ECDS-KG, SPPI-14, CRW, ECDS-PK, SELA, and New Collections (SPEDS Video Camera Request, SPEDS Summer, and Teacher Vacancy).
Participants will learn where to enter required data within the system and review key data elements associated with each collection. Emphasis will be placed on navigating relevant pages and fields, as well as running and validating reports to ensure data accuracy and readiness for submission.
Target Audience: PEIMS Coordinators, and district and campus staff responsible for entering, managing, and verifying TSDS Core Collection data, including counselors, registrars, data clerks, special education staff and administrators.
